Neil was a shining knight to me so many times. He   came into Crookhorn and taught our top set English classes for two years when the English department  was struggling with staff and this really enabled us  at leadership level, to see the potential of what our      students can achieve. His involvement in the College was pivotal for me and his words of wisdom over the years have been pure gold.
